Returns

Do you want to return a product? Only unopened products in original condition and in the original packaging are eligible for reimbursement.

The condition is that you report this within 24 hours via support-nl@browcode.com and that you return the product to us within 14 days of receipt.

It is important to state the following information with the return:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Phone number
  • E-mail address
  • Order number
  • Name of account holder
  • Bank account (IBAN)
  • Reason for return

If you have received (one) product(s) that you did not order, please leave the packaging intact. An unwanted product that is nevertheless used or of which the lid or cap has been opened is considered a product that has been accepted by the customer. The opened product can no longer be returned or exchanged.

If the packaging has been opened and it appears that the product does not meet your expectations, such as the color, the product cannot be exchanged. So be careful when placing orders.

As a customer you are responsible for the shipping and packaging costs of the returned products and CoCo RAE B.V. is not responsible for packages that are shipped to CoCo RAE B.V. get lost.

Refunds

As soon as the package has been returned in good order, the purchase amount, minus the shipping costs, will be credited. The credit will take place within 14 days after receipt of the return. Keep the proof of return until the purchase amount has been credited.
